Clawson Masons, Trelum Lodge #552, is a working Masonic lodge serving Clawson and the surrounding area. Chartered in 1929, we are active in ritual, in friendship, and in the life of our community.
About Clawson Masons
Known across Clawson as the Clawson Masons, Trelum Lodge #552 is a Blue Lodge under the Grand Lodge of Michigan. We meet for Masonic ritual and degree work, and we spend the rest of our time doing what good neighbors do: parades, community tables, youth and scholarship support, and charitable giving.
Chartered May 29, 1929. Our centennial arrives in 2029, and we are collecting the stories of the brothers who built this lodge.
Fellowship
Dinner before every stated meeting, plus socials and outings.
Service
Bikes for kids, scholarships, and gifts to local charities.
Growth
Lessons in character, leadership and civic duty.

Michigan Child ID
A free child fingerprint and ID booth at fairs, parades and community events through the statewide Masonic Child ID Program.
Scholarships
We present scholarship certificates at Clawson High School's annual Celebration Ceremony.
Parades & Trick or Treat Trail
You will find us marching under the Trelum banner and taking part in the Clawson Trick or Treat Trail each fall.
Volunteer drives
Members turn out for community packing and charity drives throughout the year.

Clawson Fire Department Open House
Sunday, October 11, 2026, 12:00 to 3:00 PM at the Clawson Fire Station, 111 Gardner St. Tour the station and meet the firefighters. We will be there with our free Michigan Child ID Program booth.

Trick or Treat Trail
Sunday, October 18, 2026, 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Clawson City Park. Kids in costume, with an adult, walk a wood chip trail with stations from local businesses and groups. Hosted by Clawson Youth Assistance, with donuts and cider in the pavilion afterward.
